You can choose the number of episodes you need each month and you can pause/cancel any time before the renewal date. Our Subscription package options offers a great value for clients with its pay-as-you-go framework.
*Please note that your subscription rebills on the same day each month until cancelled and that the episodes in our Subscription are not designed to roll over or accumulate each month.
Credits packages are perfect for our clients that have seasonal podcast needs or have a less regular publishing schedule. These episodes are not attached to a monthly timeline the way our Subscription packages are designed. Our Credits package options offer the most flexibility to our clients while retaining our team’s responsiveness on-demand.
Every week we speak with potential clients with unique needs or that require customized processes. We offer specialized services for our network, agency, and white-label programs. We also offer customized quotes for audio-book editing, video editing, and various other related services. Please reach out and we'll be happy to get you custom quote.
All standard services are turned around in 48-hours (2 business days). We do, however, have some custom services quotes that may take longer. Services that will require a longer timeline will be noted at the time of quotation.
*If a client submits multiple episodes, they will be scheduled consecutively and prioritized according to our clients need.

We provide a 48-hour turnaround time on the majority of our services. If you’re only having episodes edited, they will be back within 48-hours, if you have an all in one package with editing, show notes, and transcripts, the audio and assets will be back within 48-hours.
Once payment is processed, you will receive a submission document outlining the steps to setup the shared folders with us. You can either use Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, or Pcloud.
We try and pair an editor with your show to have them get to know your requirements and style of editing. Every podcast is different.
You will communicate with your client manager through email when submitting and providing feedback on episodes.

When you choose your package you’ll be prompted to pay via Credit Card for your subscription or package. We use Stripe as a credit card processor for the majority of our transactions, but also offer Square and PayPal when needed.
You most certainly can, you aren’t locked into any long-term commitments. Be sure to let us know you’d like to cancel before your renewal date arrives.
